Cuting order and start cuting point

Is there any way to change the cutting order using the “layers” on the left side of the program?
For example for cutting letters is better to cut the interiors first and then the outside.

Other question is there a option to tell goliath where to start cutting?
For example on letter A, start on the top vertice of the letter.

I’m also interested in the answer on this for the software. I’ve used Vcarve which will let you set a start point and allow you to put tabs in. The tabs were helpful when using a CNC with a vacuum table, but may not be necessary for the Goliath depending on if the material is flat on a surface or suspended above.
