With the recent firmware updates Goliath has been running well. Started getting the open spindle error message a couple times cutting the last sheet and now we are stuck with not being able to close the cover. It appears there is no damage and the pin are making contact with the plate. You are able to see where the pogo pins contact the plate and the pins are visible. I dont know if we need to replace the plate with the latest version and or the pogo pins but its seems odd that before the last firmware I was having some instances with getting the error message but when updated the firmware, almost no issues for 20 or so sheets.
