Ive been trying to update my firware on the goliath via usb and it doesnt work. Wont get past the connect to device screen. Please help. I am connected to the internet. I am using the usb cable that came with the machine. I tried following rhe prompts on screen. I tried following the faq/guide on the website. No joy.

did you managed to update the firmware of your Goliath?
In the step shown in the screenshoot you have to turn on Goliath, so you have to make sure that Goliath is connected and the power switch is in the ON position.
